MVM Észak-Budai Fűtőerőmű heating plant

30 MW hot-water electric boiler in the MVM Észak-Budai Fűtőerőmű heating plant. This boiler located in Budapest will provide ancillary services for the Hungarian transmission system. The electric boiler was commissioned in December  2018.

Alpiq Csepel Kft heating plant

30 MW hot-water electric boiler in the Alpiq Csepel Kft heating plant. This boiler located in Budapest will provide ancillary services for the Hungarian transmission system. The electric boiler was commissioned in August  2019.

ČEZ Power plant Poříčí

Auxilien is constructing a 30 MW , 1,7 MPa steam boiler in Power plant Poříčí for the ČEZ group. The boiler start its operation is planned in summer 2020.

ELECTRIC BOILER DELIVERIES TO HEATING SECTOR AND OTHER INDUSTRIES

Auxilien delivers electric hot water boilers with an output of 1 to 40 MW and electric steam boilers with an output of 1 to 70 MW. The steam boilers are particularly designed as backup sources in the event of outage of another steam generator.

In the field of electric boiler construction and development, we co-operate with the Swedish company ZANDER & INGESTRÖM AB ( www.zeta.se), the world biggest electric boiler producer.

PARAMETERS OF HOT WATER BOILERS AND STEAM BOILERS

The hot water boiler parameters are as follows:

  • Maximum output: 40 MW
  • Maximum voltage: 20 kV
  • Secondary circuit temperature: up to 120°C
  • Maximum pressure: up to 1 MPa

The steam boiler parameters are as follows:

  • Maximum output: 70 MW
  • Maximum voltage: 15 kV
  • Operating pressure:  1 – 5 MPa

The parameters of both the hot water and steam boilers can be individually adapted.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Optimization of the boiler for the purpose of providing ancillary services by extending the regulation range, accuracy and speed
